Under strict temperature control (using refrigerated trucks for inland transport & temperature-controlled reefers, or airfreight), direct from the winery to our temperature & humidity-controlled warehouse in Singapore.
Upon registration of an account, all customers would receive 100 reward points (S$10 equivalent) as a welcome gift. Each S$ spent on wine purchases would be eligible for 1 reward point. Redemption of reward points can be used for subsequent wine purchases.
We accept bank transfers via internet banking, PayNow and Stripe.
Yes, we will send a confirmation email for all wine orders. Please contact us at (sales@allegrofinewines.com) if you do not receive a confirmation email within two working days.
All prices displayed on the website are nett Singapore dollars, inclusive of taxes.
Currently, we only accept Singapore dollars for payment of all wines.
Payment is only available through internet banking transfer, PayNow or Stripe. We do not accept cash payment on delivery.
Delivery is free with a minimum spend of S$200. For orders below S$200, there will be a SGD 20 delivery charge.
We require a signature upon delivery for insurance reasons. Upon receiving the wines, the addressee should check the state of the goods and state any comments (if any) regarding breakage, damage or missing goods on the delivery slip directly. If the delivery slip does not indicate any reserve, Allegro Fine Wines Pte. Ltd. is not obligated to provide compensation to the recipient for this order. The signatory must be over 18 years of age.
We understand that you may not be home during the day to receive your wine, so here are a couple of options:
Our couriers will be in touch with you on the day of delivery to let you know that they’re on their way. If you are not going to be home, please assign someone else to accept them on your behalf.
Alternatively, you can also have your wines delivered to another address such as your office address during working hours.
