The 2016 Barbaresco Cole (with only 3,000 bottles made) offers toasted notes of expresso rind, dark fruit and light tones of exotic spice. The wine is juicy, generous, and fruit forward with lots of dark concentration and saturated berry notes. The wine is bigger than your standard Barbaresco, and it is ready to serve with marinated, grilled steak chips. Drink from 2021.
